It takes a great deal of reflection and courage to speak openly about personal experiences. This is especially true when writing reviews of various services, and the obligation to be honest demands that the stories are genuine. Thankfully, my experience at Williams Moore was on the verge of being horrendous. If you claim to make an appointment, keep it. I came in 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, announced my presence, and was left unattended for a period of time. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, my patience had run out, and the negative activity surrounding the visit pushed me over the edge. I elected to cancel. I respect the significance of appointments and time management. My time is valuable and so is yours. If you lack the ability to honour appointments, there is no point in making them. This is my personal experience and is not intended to reflect the firm's culture. Even though the information is a little bit skewed, that is how it felt. I certainly don’t appreciate their clients.
